These Bosses long to rule the "high seas," though rarely have they ever seen water or even have a concept of what an ocean is. Instead they sail the sea of stars, making war upon any "landlubbers" they come across. This Boss carries a massive cannon and a crude cybernetic arm, and is ready to instill both order and fear into his underlings to make sure they bring back the best booty.
