Among the Storm Legions of Old Terra, those who master the blade above all else are given the unique rank of Duelist. It is the Duelist's duty to go out and meet any challenge from enemy champions in 1v1 or 1v10 combat. This is a high honor, and not, as rumor has it, an opportunity to get rid of those who won't stop talking about swords all day.
This kit is fully modular, and comes with multiple options to build a Tempest Legion duelist officer.
