Broozers loot anything they come across as they roll over the battlefield. They aren't sure how these pipes work but they know fuel comes out of them, and that bounty allows them to have even more, even faster buggies, wagons and rigs. They did their best to patch up this terrain set, and now you can use it in your own tabletop adventures.
