Hicks are the so called "green-necks". The rest of the Broozers often see them as backwards because of their desire to stick to the old ways. More advanced tech will still sometimes wind up in their laps, resulting in contraptions such as the Hick Broozer Jump Buggy. It's a brutal vehicle with the ability to teleport around the battlefield mid-combat!
