Wielding eldritch powers at breakneck speeds comes with it's own set of problems. This Speed Broozer Odd Broozer controls his weird abilities much the same way his brethren would steer their bikes: with handlebars. Other Broozers need not understand how his arcane abilities work to respect him: all they need to remember is to stay out of his way.
